Gentleman

El Caballero de Paris was a beloved Havana vagabond. This typical character of the city was a gentle and educated man with psychiatric disorders who roamed the streets. The city erected this life-size bronze figure to commemorates him outside the Saint Francis of Assisi Minor Basilica where rest his remains. People created a legend about good luck coming from rub the sculpture finger and beard which are quite worn out after thousands of tourists and locals touch them every day
